Whew! It took awhile for me to be able to get back out here to update this.
Well the girls had a good time at the day outings and the camping overnight. The girls that attended the overnight
were sleeping among the snakes. It was a very cool experience.
Our next meeting is December 1, 2008 from 6:15 - 7:30 p.m. - monthly meeting. We will be working on a Writing Away
Try-It. Parents please plan on attending the meeting as information for selling cookies will be discussed.
I was hoping to have hand outs but those have not been distributed yet to us.
February 28, 2009 - World Thinking Day - our country is Chili. Please start thinking of ideas for our booth,
crafts, swaps and basket to raffle off.
March 21, 2009 - March 22, 2009 - Camping at the Zoo. Times and events on this to be posted as it gets closer.
In order for the troop to subsidize the girls portion of the camping they need to sell 60 boxes of cookies.
April 17, 2009 - Father/Daughter dance - Theme is cowboys/indians
